To initiate a claim or warranty request, please complete the form provided below. Our dedicated representative will review your submission and respond promptly. We aim to respond within 24 business hours, and we strive for same-day responses when possible. Please be aware that requests submitted after 3pm on Friday may not receive a response until the following Monday.

Warranty and Return Procedures for New Items

  • Manufacturer Warranty: All new items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • Defective or Non-Working Items: In cases where an item is defective or non-functional and covered under warranty, the buyer is responsible for return shipping to the manufacturer. This process requires obtaining a return authorization number from DrummerSuperStore.
  • Invoice Requirement: Please include a copy of your invoice with the returned item.
  • Return Destination: Do not return warrantied items to our store. They must be sent directly to the manufacturer.

Warranty Exclusions and Used Items

  • International and Non-Continental U.S. Shipments: Items shipped internationally or outside the lower 48 United States are not covered under warranty.
  • Used Items: All used items are sold 'as is' without any warranty, and are non-returnable. We encourage customers to ask any questions they may have before purchasing a used item.
