Returns: If returning an Item you must call with in 24 hrs of receiving the item. Buyer will pay shipping to return the item.
If no merchandise is exchanged and a refund is given a 20% restock fee will apply. Drummer Superstore.com reserves the right to refuse any return for any reason.
Items that have been special ordered must be prepaid. No refunds of any kind for items that have been special ordered. An in store credit may be issued at the discretion of DrummerSuperStore.com.
Items need to be returned in the original unopened boxes for refunds, shipping has to be paid by the buyer, and must be returned in a timely manor, return tracking within 48 hours must be e-mailed to info@drummersuperstore.com Buyer has 24 hours after receiving the item or items to voice any complaint, e-mail and get a return authorization from info@drummersuperstore.com Returned items for refund are subject to a 20% restock fee.
Returns are accepted on items that are under warranty and can be returned to the manufacturer for warranty reasons, repair or replacement. The decision to warranty is made by the manufacturer, you will still need to get an return authorization number from drummersuperstore.com.
